  hello all, robert here.. i just wanted to keep you updated on my current situation.

  as many of you know i was finally deleted as a ms and pioneer.

  A little story . . I started playing the guitar when I was 12, begged and whined till my mom bought me a Sears Silvertone acoustic for $29.99 in 1965. If she was Catholic she'd be a saint for sure . .

  I played and sang "Gloria" acapella with a Gibson ES-330 and a Fender Bandmaster Amp in my HS talent show in 1969 and WON!! My parents found out when my name was in the local paper . . . My old man beat me within an inch and grounded me for ever . . . not a good "witness" ya know . . he was gonna smash my Gibson . . I told him if he did I would kill him . . . he didn't. To this day he has NEVER acknowledged my musical talent . . .

  Music was a large part of my path out of the Kult . . .

  Favorite Stones song???

  ok, because flipper brought up the beatles, i have to bring up the "anti- beatles".

  i always preferred the rougher, raw edge of the stones, and the more guitar driven sound with a swaggering, swinging beat.. i'll go with tumbling dice, keith here was at the peak of his addictions and still came up with one of the coolest riffs.

  anything from the micktaylor era is fabulous in my opinion, but sticky fingers and exile on main street are my favorite albums..

  What Cars Do You Drive Now?

  after the thread about our first cars, i was wondering what everyone drives now.

  i know that roller has the apostatruck, but what does everybody else drive?.

  i personally have a pontiac grand prix for work, and a saab convertible for fun.. jk.

  My Uber GTI gets 32 - 34 MPG on the highway and averages about 27 around town . . . as long as I don't treat the loud pedal like a digital device . .

  Fast cars is my passion

  My daily driver is a 2005 VW GTI 1.8 Turbo tweaked to 270HP (APR), and of course it's RED. There are a couple of Nissan 350Z owners around that avoid the Red GTI like the plague . .

  My weekend warrior/ricer terminator is a 1991 Porsche 944S2 re-engined with a Chevy 350 LT1 out of an early 1997 Corvette. 400HP and 400 lbs lighter than the Vette . . very, very qwik

  Darin's Toastmasters charter night event

  well i've been busy these past 2 weeks, and will be even busier within the next month.. .

  last thursday, the united republican toastmasters club had its charter night dinner.

  it was a black tie optional dinner, and both darin and i wore a tux, along with about 10 other guys.. .

  JG, as a member of Toastmasters I have found it to be an excellent forum for my cult awareness campaign . .

  My icebreaker speach was 17 minutes (no one complained), it was entitled "When I was 5 Years Old I was Placed in a box, I spent 37 Years in that Box, I have Recently Gotten Out"
